The U.S. Department of Treasury is excited to host the Small Business to Large Business (B2B) Invitational & Reverse Industry Day. This hybrid event will feature virtual education sessions throughout March, culminating in an in-person Reverse Industry Day on April 2, 2025.
Additionally, small businesses that are selected to participate will have the opportunity to take part in “Pitch Mania,” which will be held on select dates from April through July.
The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) in the U.S. Department of the Treasury works to increase opportunities for small businesses to participate in the Department’s procurement process. The OSDBU’s mission is to: Ensure small businesses are treated fairly, Help small businesses compete for contracts, Promote economic development, and Support the Department’s mission-critical functions.

Each Small Business will exhibit live at the U.S. Department of Treasury Prime Contractors Training. The participating Treasury Bureau’s and Prime Contractor will visit the small business that align with their contracts for one-on-one impromptu matchmaking and networking.

Pitch Mania 2025
Each Pitch Mania session will provide a virtual platform for five small businesses to pitch for 5 minutes each to the U.S. Treasury Departmental Offices, Bureaus, Large Prime Contractors, and Industry partners. These sessions will be held each Wednesday during the months of April – August 2025 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm EST

1. Do you meet these qualifications?
This event is open to all small businesses that meet specific criteria. The goal of this impactful event is to align the needs of the U.S. Department of Treasury and large prime contractors with procurement-ready, capable small businesses. We are looking for firms that possess the following qualities:
Match one or more of the top NAICS Codes listed
Have required security clearances and/or proper IT Certification levels required for the contract.
Possess the needed past performance as a Prime Contractor of Subcontractor.
Be willing to abide by the Limitations on Subcontracting clause and partner with similarly situated firms to meet the 51% performance rule?
Positioned to perform the contract work, and have adequate staffing needed.
